The Sonnenherz beefsteak tomato (Solanum lycopersicum) is an early ripening variety with an exceptionally fruity and aromatic flavour. It is characterised by plenty of flesh and little gelatinous mass, making it an ideal tomato for fresh salads, sauces or preserving. Its yellow-orange fruits ripen in several chambers and are particularly tasty and juicy. The light plant structure makes them easy to care for and harvest.
