The Positano RS chilli is a high-yielding variety with upright-growing fruit clusters. The 6–8 cm long, approximately 2 cm wide fruits ripen from green to bright red and can be conveniently harvested in bunches. They are excellent for fresh preparations, for drying and for making chilli powder. The variety has a medium pungency, making it versatile in the kitchen.

Cultivation & care:
The Positano RS Chili requires a lot of warmth, which is why a protected cultivation under foil or in a greenhouse is recommended. Sowing takes place from January to March, and the young plants can be transplanted into the open field or into larger tubs from May onwards. Regular watering and moderate fertilisation promote growth and fruit set.
Harvest and use:
• Harvest time: July to October, depending on the growing and weather conditions.
Use: Perfect for fresh dishes, sauces, salsas, for drying or as chilli powder. The fruits are easy to store and ripen.
